COVID-19 Update

 

In response to the current COVID-19 pandemic we have several policies and procedures in place to ensure the health and safety of our guests and staff. Please note these may be modified or updated without notice in response to government requirements. All guests occupying accommodation or utilising the facilities at Freshwater East Kimberley Apartments must agree to follow all current COVID-19 health recommendations including alerting reception staff if they become unwell or are required to self-isolate.

 

TRAVEL VACCINATION POLICY: The health and safety of our staff and guests is our highest priority which is why Freshwater East Kimberley Apartments has developed a triple-vaccination policy to be applied across all bookings. All guests will be required to be fully vaccinated for stays from 1 April 2022. Acceptable proof of COVID-19 vaccinations or medical exemptions, as defined by government guidelines, will be required at check-in and must be sighted by Freshwater East Kimberley Apartments staff. Guests who are unable to meet these vaccination requirements are unfortunately not able to stay with us. In this instance our flexible cancellation policy will apply, and we will require a minimum of 24 hours-notice before 2pm (check-in time) on arrival day. As we are experiencing high levels of demand, we appreciate you advising us of changes to your travel plans as soon as possible, to allow us to accommodate others. All staff at Freshwater East Kimberley Apartments are fully vaccinated or have been issued with medical exemptions, in accordance with Public Health Directions issued under the Public Health Act 2016 (WA).

 

SAFEWA APP: To help keep WA safe and for the purposes of contact tracing, it is mandatory for us to maintain a contact register of ALL guests and visitors at Freshwater East Kimberley Apartments. This includes anyone using public areas such as the pool and BBQ area. SafeWA is WA Government’s check-in app which provides a secure and convenient way for our guests and visitors to register their attendance. Please download the SafeWA app prior to or upon arrival. This will allow you to scan our unique QR code and register ALL visitors and guests staying. Our QR code is displayed throughout the property, including reception, the main rear access gate, pool, and BBQ. Guests unable to download the app for any reason, may manually register their arrival at reception
