Reception Hours – 8am to 5pm daily. Please advise if you will be arriving outside of these hours and provide details.

Location - Freshwater East Kimberley Apartments is located only 2.5km from Kununurra Airport and two minutes from the town centre. Located in the far north Kimberley region of Western Australia, Kununurra is 3,200km from Perth, 1100km from Broome and 830km from Darwin.

Getting Here – flights are available ex-Perth, Broome and Darwin with Airnorth (Qantas) or Skywest (Virgin Blue).

Airport Transfers – are available to and from Kununurra Airport FREE of charge. Bookings are essential. Please advise Freshwater staff prior to arrival if you require a transfer.

Late Check-Out - we offer guests complimentary use of our Late Check-Out bathroom and luggage storage facilities located at reception (during office hours).

Deposit – 20% of the total reservation cost will be taken at the time of booking. If booking within 21 days of arrival, the full fee will be required.

Cancellation & Minimum Stay Policy - In the event of a cancellation, an administration fee of $50.00 is applicable to all cancellations. Where cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be forfeited (20% of full booking cost). Early departures, whilst in-house, are non-refundable and we recommend travel insurance to cover cancellation fees incurred. Cancellations need to be confirmed in writing, in the event of a guest not showing up on the date booked, nights we are unable to re-let will be charged for. Please ensure you ask for a confirmation letter when making a booking. Minimum Stay (Events) – bookings during the Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights of the Kimberley Moon Experience require a booking minimum of three (3) nights. Cancellations made within 48hrs of 6pm Friday evening are non-refundable. Cancellations made 3-7 days from 6pm Friday evening incur a 50% cancellation fee. 8-21 days incurs 20% cancellation fee.

Credit Card - we accept Mastercard & Visa.  Unfortunately, we are unable to process Diners or Amex cards.

Extra Bedding - A folding bed, cot and highchair are available on request, subject to availability (Additional Cost Applies).

Housekeeping/Linen – Apartments are serviced weekly, however fresh linen and towels are provided every 2nd day during your stay.

Long Stay Rates – long stay rates are available on request, please contact management.

Smoking Policy - all Apartments are Non-Smoking.

Disabled Policy – Freshwater East Kimberley Apartments caters for people with a disability with specially designed and modified apartments available throughout the resort, please ask for more information.

Tours – Freshwater East Kimberley Apartments offers a tour booking service to guests. Due to the popularity of some of the tours, we recommend that you pre-book prior to your arrival. Staff at Freshwater will be happy to discuss the different tours available and book them for you.

WIFI / Internet - With our compliments Freshwater East Kimberley Apartments offers guests FREE Wireless Internet throughout their stay.
