Terms & Conditions

A deposit of one night’s accommodation will be taken at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY | Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in time will be charged one night’s accommodation of the original booking. Early departures, whilst in-house are non-refundable and we recommend travel insurance.

A separate cancellation policy applies for group bookings of 10 apartments or more. Please see Group Booking Terms and Conditions for details.

A separate Cancellation Policy applies to bookings over the Kimberley Moon Experience weekend. Please refer to the below.

SPECIAL EVENTS:

Ord Valley Muster and Kimberley Moon Experience 
Please note, special conditions apply over the Ord Vally Muster Festival (16th to 25th May 2025) and Kimberley Moon Experience event weekend (23rd – 25th May 2025).

Minimum Stay: All bookings during the Kimberley Moon Experience: 23rd, 24th and 25th of May 2025 require a minimum of three consecutive (3) nights.

Kimberley Moon Experience Cancellations:
Cancellations made within 7 days of 2pm Friday evening incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 8-14 days from 2pm Friday evening incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 15-21 days from 2pm Friday evening incur a 20% cancellation fee.

CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT TIME | 2.00pm – 6.00pm Check in. 7.00am – 10.00am Check out. After hours check-in and check-out is available. Please contact our office for further informatioy deposit of $500 per stay, per apartment to be paid on arrival.

VALIDITY OF RATES | Prices are valid for the period 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026. Prices quoted are subject to change and are in Australian dollars ($AUD). In the event of Freshwater East Kimberley Apartments introducing a special offer or rates that are discounted against the rack rate, retrospective refunds will not be permitted

CHILD POLICY | 3-13 years inclusive. Adult rate applies.

INFANT POLICY | 0-2 years inclusive. Porta cots can be booked at the time of reservation free of charge.

ADDITIONAL CHILD/ TRUNDLE BED | $35 per night. Available on 2 and 3 bedroom apartments for one child under 14 years, or 1 bedroom apartments for one child under 5.

ACCESSIBILITY | Freshwater East Kimberley Apartments has one wheelchair accessible One Bedroom Apartments, and one wheelchair accessible Two Bedroom Apartment. Please advise the level of assistance at time of reservation.

PERSONAL ITEMS | All care is taken but no liability is accepted for loss or damage to personal items.

PETS | In accordance with Freshwater Strata By Laws, pets are not permitted at Freshwater
East Kimberley Apartments. Service animals as recognised in accordance with the Disability
Act 1992 (Cth) are permitted.

SMOKING | Smoking is not permitted inside apartments or by the swimming pool and BBQ
areas. Smoking is permitted on balconies and patios. We request that doors to the
apartment are kept closed whilst smoking

HOUSEKEEPING | Apartments are serviced (beds made, towels changed, bins emptied, amenities restocked) every 2 days. A full service and clean is provided every 7 days.

INSURANCE | No responsibility will be accepted for accidents, illness, misadventure or loss of goods or possessions. We strongly recommend at the time of booking to take out comprehensive travel, medical and cancellation insurance. In the event of a booking being cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued without penalty.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION AND PRIVACY | We require customer information for all reservations that we accept, including full guest name, contact telephone number, and email address. Guest information will be retained by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Please be aware that there is a significant risk posed by cyber fraud, specifically affecting email accounts and bank account details. Please note that our bank account details will not change during the course of a transaction, and we will NOT notify you of any changes to our bank details via email. Always independently confirm bank account details and transfer instructions with us in person or via a telephone call to a trusted and verified phone number. In the event of any loss of funds which is not due to the negligence of Freshwater Quality Management Pty Ltd, we will not be liable for any loss or damages that may be suffered, and we shall be released from all claims, loss or liability incurred.
